The hard working singer/musician is set to release two EP projects on Thursday July 2, 2015. The EPs to be released are Confidence 2.0 and Love Souljah.
According to ORieL’s manager Linval ‘Shem’ Brown this is something that has never been done before in Reggae music.
“I’m sure that this will be the very first time that something like this will happen. I’ve never heard of any other Reggae artiste releasing multiple EPs simultaneously. Based on the demand for ORieL’s music I think both projects will be warmly received by Reggae fans around the world, especially in the US, the UK and Europe. He has a growing fan base in these territories,” said Brown.
Confidence 2.0 features remastered versions of Down Where I Live and Confidence, both songs were originally released on ORieL's 2012 EP titled Confidence. Also included on this project are new tracks such as Wake Up, Give Thanks and a dub mix of Confidence.
Confidence 2.0 was produced by Afar Music Group and Grammy nominated UK producer Daniel Boyle.
Love Souljah was produced by Afar Music Group and will feature five new singles, Cruise, Get Me High, Leaving (interlude), Those Days and the title track Love Souljah.
ORieL is looking forward to the release of both EPs.
“I’m really excited about these two new projects. I can't wait to see how my fans will react to the two EPs, being released on the same day,” said the artiste.
Both EPs will be released on iTunes and all other leading internet music sites on July 2, 2015.
Oriel is scheduled to perform at this year’s staging of Reggae Sumfest. Also on the cards for him is an upcoming tour of Europe.
